Overview

What You Can Expect:

  • New position with our Hospital at Home Program
    • Hospital at Home is an alternative to traditional inpatient care. Patients will be treated for acute medical conditions in the comfort of their own home or residence
  • 8 Hour shift
  • Weekend schedule-Saturday and Sunday
  • Intensive onboarding and training
  • Full Benefits with hospital contributions
  • Cert Pay available for qualifying certifications

 

Qualifications:

  • Education: Associates’ of Nursing Degree/Diploma Bachelors’ of Nursing Degree
  • Experience: 2 years’ of RN experience
  • Licenses/Certifications: Current RN License in Idaho

Preferred Experience in Home Health, community based case management, transition of care, or community complex case experience.
