We are currently 15-20 people based primarily in NYC (just west of SoHo) and looking to grow to ~70 in NYC over the next 3 years.
We’re hiring a high-slope business generalist to support our growth and drive operational excellence
You will work closely with the CEO as a thought partner and generalist member of the leadership team, taking the lead on special projects and performing a wide variety of roles before we’ve hired for them (e.g., growth, marketing, customer success, product management).
This role reports to the CEO and is onsite at our office in Manhattan.
Day-to-day you will:
Drive operational excellence and scalability by designing and implementing cross-functional processes that optimize resource allocation and enhance organizational efficiency
Conduct data-driven customer segmentation, pricing analysis, and targeted marketing strategies to support revenue growth objectives
Manage and integrate key GTM tools (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Clay/Apollo) to generate comprehensive analytics and actionable business insights
Create detailed performance reporting that enables informed decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Collaborate with marketing to craft compelling messaging that clearly communicates the company's unique value proposition
Manage complex customer projects with a commitment to exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction
Support customer usage and retention by building out customer enablement and success
