Primary duties and responsibilities:

Make the first student/parent contact a positive and personal experience
Document all contact, conversation notes, and other important information in the Student Information System concerning student/parent
Respond to all inquiries from students and parents regarding enrollment policies and procedures as quickly as possible
Advise student and parents on enrollment eligibility requirements and resolve concerns that may arise
Set clear expectations and deadlines on every call with parents and applicants
Follow up with parents and students who have missed enrollment deadlines
Verify that all enrollment paperwork, including the application, is complete and valid
Determine student commitment, motivation and potential challenges they might encounter while attending Primavera or any of our other partner school you are servicing
Complete the enrollment process for all potential students including walk-ins
Consistently review and follow up with all students and parents in your database
Help other enrollment advisors if students/parent call and their advisor is not available. Send an email documenting transaction to the prospective students advisor and document in the system
Other duties as requested

Education & Experience:

High School Diploma or G.E.D
Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in an educational environment

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

General office environment.
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 80% of the time.
The working environment is generally favorable, lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc.
