As the Transportation Supervisor, you'll manage and direct the activities of our dedicated Delivery Associates. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with safety regulations, adherence to standard operating procedures, and providing excellent customer service while managing labor hours and supplies. A typical workweek runs Monday through Friday, from 1 AM to 10 AM, but flexibility is key to adapt to the company's needs. You'll play a crucial role in supervising staff, preparing work schedules, and even addressing customer concerns firsthand. Your leadership will be invaluable in maintaining high morale among associates, keeping communication channels open, and presenting ideas for efficiency and cost reduction.
