At Tempus Next in Chicago, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Clinical Success Manager who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the user experience of our innovative Tempus Next Oncology platform. In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with our operations, sales, and product teams, as well as our clinical customer teams, to foster the adoption and success of our platform among key healthcare stakeholders. You’ll be the go-to person for up to 5-7 hospital systems, where you will work to build lasting relationships and ensure their needs are met meticulously. Your responsibilities will include onboarding new hospital systems with our sales and implementation teams, and actively working to improve current relationships. You’ll also have the opportunity to create insightful dashboards tailored to the needs of physicians, train hospital navigators on our platform, and continuously communicate the value our product brings through data analysis and outcomes reporting. We aim for 100% account retention, so your ability to engage customers effectively through various channels will be crucial.
