We’re seeking a Recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition Team to support our hiring ambitions across the region. You’ll join our experienced team, get to learn from Senior Talent Acquisition professionals, and receive ongoing coaching and support to develop in your role – all within an exciting international and purpose-driven business.
You’ll become part of a Global Talent Acquisition Function (of over 80 colleagues worldwide) working across Coordination, Sourcing, Branding, Operations and Recruitment Partnering roles, and our wider People Organisation working alongside our colleagues in HR, Social Impact, Reward and Benefits. About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from requisition creation to onboarding, while ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Your key responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies to attract top talent
Partnering with hiring managers and Human Resources teams across the region
Driving the recruitment process to meet business objectives
About You
To be successful as a Talent Acquisition Partner at Thomson Reuters, you will likely have:
2 - 3 years recruitment experience (including candidate sourcing and screening) gained either in an RPO or In-house environment
Experience in technical recruitment
A passion/interest in furthering your career in Talent Acquisition and a desire to learn
Excellent level of English (C1 level) is essential
