THE ROLE
We are looking for an exceptional Payroll Coordinator with strong attention to detail and communication skills. The Payroll Coordinator should be highly organized and capable of managing multiple payroll processes with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of payroll systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements while demonstrating problem-solving skills and a commitment to confidentiality.
To ensure success, the Payroll Coordinator should possess a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to adapt to evolving payroll and compliance requirements. Top candidates love to work in a fast-paced, growing environment, be comfortable with ambiguity, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams while independently managing payroll tasks and projects as needed.
This is a hybrid position and you must be in the office at least two (2) days per week or more depending on business needs. As a member of the People Ops team it is expected that you be available in-office all week during company event weeks (generally on a quarterly basis) to support your peers with company event deliverables.

You’ll handle everything from bi-weekly payroll to employee tax records and termination payments, making sure every dollar is accounted for and every employee query is addressed promptly. Your familiarity with payroll systems, especially if you have experience with Dayforce, will come in handy as you collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline our processes.
