Help us 10x+ ARR in 2025 through direct selling and team leadership
Build/manage offshore SDR team of 3-5 reps
Conduct discovery calls and product demos
Develop sales playbook and processes

Track record of excellence
3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in automotive or AI
Experience building and leading teams
History of consistent quota achievement (>120%)
Strong demo and sales methodology expertise
Technical aptitude to sell AI solutions
Base salary (see range) + 5-10% Sourced ACV Performance Incentive + 0.01% to 0.30% equity
