Business Analyst

At Trackier, we’re building SaaS (software as a service) products that are used in more than 20+ countries across the world. Over the last 8 years, Trackier has helped create industry standards in Performance Marketing and Mobile Marketing products and have helped brands grow their website conversions through partners by our suite of products across Performance, eCommerce, Mobile.

Trackier is Customisable Performance Marketing Software used by Ad Networks, Agencies and Advertisers to manage publisher relations. The Trackier Performance Marketing Platform enables you to create, automate, measure, and optimize all of your marketing Campaigns, Publishers, and advertisers, creatives and conversions in one place.

Key Responsibilities 

Product & Requirement Management

  • Organize and refine feature requests, collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize enhancements, and assist in managing the product roadmap.
  • Conduct gap analysis and translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
  • Own and maintain the product backlog, balancing conflicting priorities to determine release planning and sprint planning.
  • Work closely with Product Managers to define sprint goals and track progress.

Technical Collaboration

  • Engage in technical design discussions with software engineers to ensure seamless execution of requirements.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure requirements are well understood, implementable, and aligned with business goals

UI/UX Understanding

  • Work with Figma and other design tools to curate wireframes and help define the user experience (UX).
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring that both are aligned in understanding project goals.
  • Communicate product vision, updates, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (BCA/B.Tech).
  • 1.5–4 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related field in the SaaS industry 

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of product management and a drive to grow into a Product Manager role.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and gap analysis.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Ability to curate wireframes and user flows using tools like Figma.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
