The Role
The Developer Experience team at Trilitech is responsible for enhancing the usability and accessibility of Tezos blockchain technologies for developers. We focus on creating intuitive tools, comprehensive documentation, and robust support systems that empower developers to build efficiently and creatively.

If you enjoy simplifying complex technical processes, are passionate about improving developer workflows, and are committed to fostering an inclusive and innovative developer community, then you are the kind of person we are looking for. You will be working with an equally talented and innovative team with the goal of elevating the overall developer experience building on the Tezos blockchain.


What you'll do

  • Creating engaging, educational, and inspiring developer-focused content (e.g. blog posts, tutorials, sample code)

  • Speaking at conferences, meet-ups, and other industry events

  • Engaging with developer communities online and in-person to gather feedback and improve the developer experience

  • Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and ecosystem partners to enhance developer support

  • Supporting partners and developers in accelerating adoption

  • Exploring emerging technologies and frameworks to improve developer success

  • Contributing to and leading the development of developer tools and SDKs to streamline onboarding

  • Assisting key partners and support new launches from concept to rollout.


What you'll need

  • Experience with Tezos or EVM-compatible blockchains

  • Background in Developer Relations, Advocacy, or a similar role

  • Prior hands-on experience as a software engineer or in a technical role

  • Strong communicator with a track record of publishing technical content and speaking at industry events

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Passion for open-source contributions and the developer ecosystem

  • Familiarity with software engineering best practices like version control, code reviews, and continuous integration
