  • Translate complex concepts into visually engaging and brand-aligned creative assets

  • Collaborate with the social media, branding, content, and digital marketing teams to develop campaign visuals that support product launches, events, community initiatives, and thought leadership

  • In partnership with the Branding team, own and evolve the visual identity of UiPath social channels, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries

  • Create short-form animations and motion graphics to enhance storytelling and audience engagement

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and quality control

  • Stay ahead of visual trends and platform best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table

  • Contribute to brainstorms and creative ideation sessions across campaigns

What you'll bring to the team

  • Proven experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B tech or fast-paced agency environments

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of static, animated, and motion design work

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Adobe Express), Canva, Figma etc

  • Video editing skills, with the ability to cut, edit, and produce short-form content optimized for social media

  • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, design innovation, and platform-first content

  • Ability to turn briefs into polished, high-performing visuals with minimal oversight

  • Deep understanding of social media formats, specs, and trends across platforms

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to take and apply feedback constructively

  • Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
