Senior Product Owner

Hybrid role based in Warsaw, Poland

We are looking to hire for this role on a B2B consultancy agreement while still providing all the benefits outlined in the job description

Role Overview 🚀

As a Senior Product Owner at Uncapped, you will join a team of experienced engineers, designers and data analysts and play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and success. You will be responsible for retaining and re-engaging our clients to help them grow by providing customised, readily available funding offers without requiring re-application.

That will require a deep understanding of our clients’ behaviour and internal risk processes to prioritise and plan product backlog around clients’ performance. This will cover monitoring as well as future growth projections based on seasonality and growth patterns.

What you will do ✍️

  • Discover and understand customer needs (US & UK eCommerce founders)
  • Understand and learn the needs of our internal stakeholders (underwriters, ops team, sales)
  • Measure and track the impact of product and released features
  • Build product strategy and roadmap
  • Prioritise backlog and take an active part in grooming
  • Translate feature requests into value-based solutions

Who you are 👀

  • We are looking for someone with 7+ years of experience as a Senior Product Manager within a product-driven organisation.
  • You should have a strong understanding of agile methodologies and a proven track record of self-service/automation cross-border projects.
  • Additionally, finance product experience in consumer finance, B2B lending, leasing, and insurance will be beneficial. If you are passionate about driving innovative solutions and making a significant impact, we would love to hear from you.
