Job Description

Atlas Physical Therapy has an exciting opportunity as a Business Development Specialist. The ideal candidate would have previous medical sales experience, preferably as a physician liaison.  You will be given guidance from our knowledgeable team but also be able to work autonomously and further develop the role and relationships.  You will work closely with our talented clinic leaders to grow patient referrals by building and maintaining physician and physician office staff relationships.

  • Networks with physicians, physician's staff, the local community, and businesses in your targeted territories
  • Identifies potential referral sources and introduces them to our services, providers, and processes
  • Maintains current referral sources
  • Participates in a variety of sales training and planning meetings to learn about new providers, services, and marketing promotions and to share information about sales goals
  • Maintains a high level of knowledge about your clinics and competitor offerings and their advantages and disadvantages
  • Sets and achieves personal performance goals for sales volume, new contacts made, recent client sales, and other related sales results achieved
  • Works closely with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns that help to achieve corporate marketing goals
  • Helps maximize positive online customer reviews via Google
  • Analyzes long-term needs of the clinic's social media strategy and offer quarterly reports to the management and executive teams that outline any necessary changes to the digital marketing plan

Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Solid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to communicate effectively with and understand the needs of others in a sales relationship
  • A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals
  • Exceptional multi-tasking skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Social media and SEO management experience
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms is required

Additional Information

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $$25.00 – $60.00 per hour. Salary is based on various factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and geography. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The Company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, and other benefits are also available, subject to the terms of the Company's plan.

Part Time M-F 5 to 20 hours per week.
