Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Representative to join our team in Middle Tennessee. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong client relationships, and driving brand awareness in our target markets.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote company services and our great people
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our clinics, referral sources and community partners
  • Plan, coordinate, and attend marketing events, promotional activities, and community events
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including digital and traditional media
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with our clinic leaders and marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
  • Collaborate on social media presence and engagement strategies
  • Present strategies to company leaders and clinic partners 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaign development and execution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
  • Experience with CRM software and marketing analytics tools
  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of current marketing trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
