As an Equipment Technician at Vixxo, your main responsibilities will include repairing commercial espresso machines, coffee brewing systems, and water systems across your assigned territory. You'll foster relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction through timely maintenance services. Alternatively, you'll meet service level agreements, which require detailed inspections and accurate paperwork to keep everything running smoothly.

To become an Equipment Technician at Vixxo, previous technician experience is preferred, though we are happy to train entry-level candidates. You should have at least one year of experience in any customer-facing role, enjoy tasting coffee, and possess strong communication skills. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs. are also required.
