The User Generated Content (UGC) team, a key part of the Customer Experience organization, is dedicated to building seamless end-to-end experiences that enable customers to share and consume authentic and valuable feedback about our products and services.Our goal is to help customers make informed purchasing decisions by providing relevant, insightful, and high-quality user-generated content. What you'll do:
At Walmart scale, you will be dealing with millions of real customer feedback data points. You will be shaping the direction on how to streamline and make it exciting for our customers to leave quality feedback and how to use that feedback for buyers, sellers and other stakeholders. This is a unique opportunity to lead a large but constantly growing customer content product at scale.
You will be responsible for :
· Defining and evangelizing the product vision and impact internally and externally.
· Creating and driving product roadmaps that align with business priorities.
· Inspiring and leading cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives.
· Communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
What you'll bring:
· Product Strategy: Define and execute the product strategy for User Generated Content to create impact on customer and business goals
· Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with engineering, design, and business teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact product features and continuous improvements.
· Data-Driven Innovation: Leverage data insights and AI/ML to create seamless and personalized experiences for our customers
· Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of initiatives and drive alignment and excitement with stakeholders on progress and outcomes.
· Partnership Development: Build strong relationships within Product, with Business, Engineering, Design, Analytics teams and bring them along to create impact for our customers.
· Market Awareness: Keep a pulse on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive dynamics to refine and adapt product strategies.
· Focus on Our Associates: Build and lead high-performing, diverse teams by driving inclusive strategies, fostering strong relationships, and promoting collaboration across functions to achieve shared goals.
· Minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading product development. Experience in building and managing Customer facing products is preferred.
· Experience in building and leading successful product teams
· Proven ability to align with a long-term product vision while managing day-to-day execution with the team.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
· Highly data-driven with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
· Strong communication and storytelling skills for complex problems.
· Flexible and adaptive in ambiguous environments
