(English and French) Graphic Designer

We’re partnering with a remote-based company that's seeking a Graphic Designer to join their innovative team.

Who You Are:

You are a junior or recently graduated graphic design professional with a strong passion for developing and expanding your design skills within a corporate environment. You have a solid command of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator and are recognized for consistently delivering precise, high-quality work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.

As a Graphic Design Assistant, you will apply your expertise in both print and web design to create customized marketing materials, providing essential graphic production support to the design and operations teams. Working closely with the Marketing Studio leadership, you will ensure that graphics and production requests are executed accurately and efficiently.

Your role is key to delivering excellent service to our clients through the implementation of major marketing initiatives. These initiatives include the creation of property marketing materials, business development pitches/proposals/RFPs, client presentations, special events, internal communications, e-blast campaigns, and other marketing collateral for our commercial brokerage teams.

You possess exceptional organizational skills, an eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can work independently, as well as within a collaborative team.

What You Bring:

  • A Graphic Design graduate with up to 2 years of graphic design experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Understanding of corporate branding, layout, color theory, and typography in both print and digital media.
  • A self-starter with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to follow through on tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A strong eagerness to learn and apply constructive feedback to improve your design skills.

Bonus Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in professional services or B2B design.
  • Bilingual (English & French) is required.
  • Candidates must have their own equipment and Adobe licenses.
