Job description
As a UI/UX designer, you will use your digital skills and expertise in mobile app design and user research to build a product with no equivalent. This position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to apply your design skills to the world of business software. You’ll have the chance to learn and advance professionally by working with talented and highly experienced creative and product designers.
Your skills and qualifications:
Professional experience creating wireframes and prototypes for desktop and web.
Experience in building design for native mobile applications (Android and iOS).
Experience in user research.
Exceptional design skills and an eye for detail.
An ability to advocate for the user and explain your design decisions.
Excellent analytical skills.
Experience with Design Thinking methodology.
Experience designing end-user SaaS applications is a plus.
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Your responsibilities:
Understand user needs and goals and address them with the design, product, and mobile teams.
Design a simple, elegant, data-driven, user-centric interface.
Design and deliver wireframes and prototypes optimized for desktop, web, iOS and Android.
Define and conduct user tests aligned with the persona's needs.
Collaborate with the team members to translate business goals into a unique product experience.
Help maintain visual and brand consistency.

Applicants must show an online portfolio highlighting examples of the process (case studies) to create great end-to-end, user-centered design solutions.
Selected applicants must present their approach to solving a hypothetical design challenge.
The salary range provided for this position is an estimated guideline from Pave data. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, variable pay, and employee benefits. We consider a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, training, and skill sets; market conditions; and internal equity. Compensation ranges may also vary based on location.
