We are looking for a Backend Engineer to help build and optimize robust backend systems for our data analytics-focused product. As a backend generalist, you will play a key role in designing scalable solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality product.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend systems.
Build and optimize data pipelines for seamless data flow and processing.
Work with data warehousing solutions to structure and analyze large datasets.
Collaborate with frontend and data science teams to integrate systems and deliver new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, following industry best practices.
Troubleshoot and debug technical issues to ensure smooth system performance.

Key Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python with experience in backend development.
Solid understanding of data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and data engineering tools.
Experience with GoLang is a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
Familiarity with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, or similar.
