WinnCompanies is searching for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in our Boston, MA headquarters.
In this role, you will learn and perform key administrative concepts of Talent Acquisition Operations, talent branding, and reputation management by supporting the administrative function of the Talent Acquisition team.
Please note that this position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This full-time internship is targeted to run between June-August 2025.

During your internship, which runs from June to August 2025 at a competitive rate of $20.00 per hour, you will immerse yourself in various essential administrative functions that support our Talent Acquisition team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include reviewing and approving job requisitions, crafting engaging job postings, and assisting in the processing of Employee Referral bonuses. You'll also get the chance to work with our HR Helpdesk by managing Autotask tickets, ensuring a smooth operation in talent acquisitions. Moreover, you will maintain candidate records in our Lever Applicant Tracking System and help manage our Phenom platform. This internship provides an excellent avenue to explore various aspects of HR, from drafting policies to contributing to our team’s branding initiatives.
