Talent Acquisition Intern (Boston, MA)

WinnCompanies is searching for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in our Boston, MA headquarters.


In this role, you will learn and perform key administrative concepts of Talent Acquisition Operations, talent branding, and reputation management by supporting the administrative function of the Talent Acquisition team.


Please note that this position offers a pay rate of $20.00 per hour. This full-time internship is targeted to run between June-August 2025.


Responsibilities
  • Review and approve job requisitions; Create and edit job postings
  • Assist in reviewing, approving, and processing Employee Referral bonuses
  • Monitor and review Autotask tickets to assist the HR Helpdesk with TA Operations questions and requests
  • Maintain candidate records in Lever Applicant Tracking System
  • Perform administrative tasks for new hires and site acquisitions
  • Assist with the administration of Phenom, such as creating and editing templates and drafting campaigns
  • Assist with the documentation and updating of Talent Acquisition policies and procedures, such as Standard Operating Procedures and other TA-related activities
  • Other administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition and Human Resources


Requirements
  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience working in Microsoft suite – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience or coursework in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, Branding, or Communications
  • Experience working in a corporate and/or office environment


$20 - $20 an hour
