📎 The Role
As our Social Media Manager for Poland, you'll become the voice and face of our brand across various social media platforms targeting the Polish market. Your role involves creating and executing vibrant social media strategies, managing paid advertising, developing engaging Polish-language content, and ensuring brand consistency. You'll work directly with the Country Manager, Poland, to amplify brand presence and community engagement.

  • Develop and execute effective social media strategies to grow our Polish audience, boost engagement, and enhance brand awareness.
    Create, schedule, and publish high-quality, engaging, and localized Polish content across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
  • Collaborate with our in-house design team to produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, and promotional materials.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
  • Actively manage community interactions, responding promptly to comments, messages, and player inquiries professionally and effectively.
  • Monitor social channels and poker-related forums to gather player feedback, identify trends, and maintain brand reputation.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, follower growth, conversions, and ROI.
  • Coordinate closely with the Country Manager (Poland) and internal teams (Marketing, Creative, Customer Support) to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with broader campaigns and product launches.
  • Stay informed of local poker trends, competitor activities, and emerging social media platforms/tools, integrating industry best practices to keep our brand innovative and engaging.

  • Proven experience in social media management, including content creation and paid advertising on major platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and optimize strategies.

  • Ability and willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
