Job Description

Join our Revenue Operations department as an Enablement Manager in Atlanta, GA to make a real impact every day. We say that because we know that every conversation we have, every code line we write and every interface we design is another opportunity for us to enrich our customers’ experiences.

Reporting into the Director of Revenue Operations, you will join an established revenue operations team as a strategic contributor to ensure department success. Some of the other responsibilities include:

  • Develop content/collateral that equips teams with the knowledge, skills, and tools required to effectively engage with prospects and better close deals. This includes, but is not limited to, playbooks, one pagers, and talk tracks. 

  • Maintain regular training schedule and conduct ongoing team and 1:1 trainings with Sales Reps on agreed upon sales processes and methodologies established by VP of Sales & Sales Operations. 

  • Regularly listen and review calls and demos in collaboration with Sales Operations to identify areas where additional training may be needed. 

  • Analyze the sales process to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement and work cross functionally where needed to optimize and implement solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity and performance. 

  • Develop and conduct targeted training program for reps on performance improvement plans to help enhance skills and performance.  

  • Onboarding new hires and collaborating cross-functionally to create an effective onboarding program that equips teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed including product knowledge, sales methodologies, and objection handling.  

  • Provide as needed support in the creation and development of talk tracks and collateral for the Customer Success team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary resources and messaging to effectively engage customers and drive success. 

- The average base salary pay range for this position is $110,000 to $120,000

- May be considered for a discretionary annual bonus

Qualifications for this role:

  • 5+ years in a high-performance sales organization, focusing on sales, enablement, or learning and development
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, etc. 
  • Strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content and tools
  • Experience with content and learning management systems
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a dynamic sales environment
