Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled storyteller to own all written communications following our recent rebrand. You will create voice guidelines, set up editorial processes, and deliver benefit-driven content with a small team of product marketers, operations specialists, and designers.

You will turn complex solutions into clear, actionable messaging for website copy, email campaigns, case studies, thought leadership, and social media. By shaping strategy rather than just executing tasks, your influence over our overall messaging approach will grow as you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own all external written communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and quality across channels (website, email, blog, social, partner comms).
  • Develop brand voice guidelines and editorial processes that can scale with our growth.
  • Craft persuasive content that turns technical features into compelling business benefits for B2B audiences.
  • Oversee technical documentation by working with subject matter experts to produce clear, accurate resources that fit our brand identity.
