Job Title: CNC Brake Press OperatorJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled CNC Brake Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a Cincinnati CNC Brake Press, setting up the machine, selecting the correct tooling and dies, and making necessary machine and program adjustments. The candidate should have experience with bend allowances, blueprints, and minor machine maintenance. This position requires proficiency in measuring parts, using an overhead crane and forklift, and working with materials such as mild steel, aluminum, and thin gauge materials.Responsibilities• Operate Cincinnati CNC Brake Press.• Set up the machine, select correct tooling and dies, and make necessary program adjustments.• Factor bend allowances and ensure blueprints match the traveler.• Use overhead crane and forklift to gather and place materials.• Perform minor machine maintenance as needed.• Measure parts accurately.• Work with mild steel, aluminum, and thin gauge materials.• Perform 1-2 changeovers per day.Essential Skills• 5-10 years of experience operating CNC Brake Press.• Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation.• Ability to set up and operate from blueprint specifications.• Experience with multiple setups and program editing.• Capability to operate overhead crane and sit-down forklift.Why Work Here?We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan with matching, and company-paid short-term and long-term disability, and life insurance.
