About this role

We are seeking a contract Recruiter to support the hiring efforts of several of our business units. You will own end-to-end recruiting for a variety of roles, partnering closely with hiring managers, and driving low cost sourcing strategies.


This is a contract assignment targeted to last three months, with the possibility of extension based on business needs. This role is fully remote and may be based anywhere in the US.


Responsibilities
  • Develop strong understanding of Aidoc’s mission, solutions, business areas and competitive landscape
  • Partner with hiring managers to build strong alignment on requirements, team culture and target profiles
  • Utilize direct sourcing and other low cost methods to source highly qualified passive candidates across a variety of functions. 
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles across different business units
  • Provide additional sourcing support on select roles as needed
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Manage each step of the process and maintain accurate hiring data in our ATS

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience managing full cycle recruitment, handling a combination of technical, non-technical and GTM roles in a high growth environment
  • Experience working in an enterprise Saas solutions company required
  • Experience in the healthcare or healthtech industry, sourcing for clinically related roles, is strongly preferred
  • Ability to build robust, proactive pipelines via direct sourcing, creative outreach and networking. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software
  • Ability to provide references upon request
