We're at an inflection point in our growth journey. Having recently closed a Series B, we're moving from the "build stage" to the "growth stage" with a focus on finding "go-to-market fit." Our goal is to predictably land and expand customers at scale, and we need a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us get there.
In this role, you'll be a core part of our newly formed marketing team, driving lead generation and conversion optimization to fuel our sales pipeline. You'll report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with sales, product, and our content team to create a repeatable, scalable growth engine.

This role is based in our New York or Toronto offices. We follow a hybrid work model with 3 in-office days Tuesday through Thursday.
The compensation range NYC based candidates is $91,000 - $196,000.
