The Workforce Relations Lead Consultant provides expert guidance on complex workforce relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies to drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role independently investigates complex allegations of discrimination and harassment while also advising and influencing leaders, agents, and employees to resolve complex workplace conflicts.Skills

Compensation offered for this role is $74,240.00 - 134,060.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
