The Regional Sales Director is charged with enabling Amare Brand Partners to successfully build their businesses. Through collaborative work with the marketing team, the RSM help drive promotions, programs and aligns company resources to grow Amare Partners organizations most effectively and efficiently and, commensurately, to allow them to increase their income. RSM strategy is to help drive and deploy programs, incentives and communications that increase Partner knowledge, competence, productivity, and motivation, while being highly responsive to their needs and interests. The Regional Sales Manager will report to Amare’s General Manager, Canada. Please note that this person must be a Canadian citizen or be legally authorized to work in Canada.

As the Regional Sales Director for Canada at Amare, you'll be stepping into a pivotal role dedicated to empowering our Brand Partners as they build and scale their businesses. Your expertise will shine as you work closely with the marketing team to create and implement innovative promotions and programs designed to boost Partner organizations' efficiency and income growth. You'll engage directly with Amare Leaders primarily over the phone, establishing strong relationships and fostering open communication. This role is all about collaboration—whether it’s coordinating with various departments to fulfill wellness partners’ needs or responding to inquiries regarding the compensation plan and rank qualifications. Your ability to analyze and enhance processes will be key to delivering the best customer experience possible. To thrive in this position, you'll need at least 2-5 years of experience in the Direct Sales channel, along with a Bachelor's degree in a related field. Being fluent in French will be an essential asset. You’ll bring a positive attitude, superior communication skills, and a creative mindset to solve the challenges that arise in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
