IT Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and professional IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end process, planning interviews and selection procedures and hosting or participating in career events in order to attract and hire the best talent in the market.

Qualifications

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Psychology or Human Resources  or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of professional recruitment experience.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks. 
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • English Full Professional Proficiency

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires offering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
  • Plan interview and selection procedures depending on each role, including screening calls, assessment, technical tests, in-person interviews
  • Coordinate and plan interviews with hiring managers and specialists.
