Accounts Payable Analyst in Deerfield Beach!

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle invoice processing, review documentation for accuracy, communicate accounting policies, and ensure timely invoice processing. You will also be responsible for issue resolution, running monthly AP Aging Reports, and collaborating with the Purchasing Department to improve processes.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all incoming invoices using NetSuite accounting software.
  • Verify billing documents for accuracy and report discrepancies.
  • Interpret and communicate accounting policies as needed.
  • Meet deadlines, especially at quarter and year-end.
  • Investigate past due balances and overpayments and obtain refunds.
  • Run and review monthly AP Aging Reports.
  • Research invoice issues and resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing to resolve issues and improve processes.

Essential Skills

  • 6+ years of strong experience in accounts payable.
  • Experience with cloud-based accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle Cloud, S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
  • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables).
  • Experience with research and analysis.
  • Ability to resolve discrepancies effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $26.44/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
