Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior International Recruitment Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Autodesk. This pivotal role offers the opportunity to develop, lead, and manage our employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives designed to spark engagement, brand awareness, and talent conversions at a local level for India and our greater APAC and EMEA regions, aligning with critical business objectives. In this role, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to shape innovative recruitment marketing campaigns and events that enhance Autodesk's reputation as an employer of choice and a leader in design and make.
This role will report to the Senior Director, Global Go-to-Market Talent Acquisition. This role will be in a remote/hybrid capacity based in India, with occasional event or business travel required.
Responsibilities
Recruitment Marketing: Develop and deliver employer brand and recruitment marketing activation strategies and efforts with a primary focus on India, with additional support as needed for hiring expansion projects across APAC and EMEA to directly support hiring and business objectives. This includes creating and executing campaigns for target audiences, development and localization of marketing collateral, digital content, and event strategy for diverse audiences
Diverse Talent Pipeline: Ensure strategies and efforts align with our commitment to representation by leading initiatives that build a diverse talent pipeline across all levels
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams such as the Global Employer Brand, Talent Partnerships, Global Sourcing, Recruiting teams and the business to develop, drive and manage recruitment marketing strategies and efforts
Performance Measurement & Analytics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of each recruitment marketing efforts ie. campaigns and events. Regularly analyze and report on the success of efforts, ensuring continuous improvements through data-driven insights, ie. streamlining processes and incorporating best practices
Stakeholder Communication & Reporting: Maintain open and transparent communication with cross-functional teams and leadership to report on progress, outcomes, and recommendations for further success. Foster a culture of collaboration and transparency in all recruitment marketing efforts
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of marketing experience, ideally specializing in talent acquisition, employer brand and recruitment marketing
Strong experience for the India market is required, and experience supporting multiple markets in APAC and EMEA is preferred
Ability to translate business objectives to marketing and branding campaigns, with a focus on results and measurable impact
Strong understanding of the recruitment process and candidate journey
Experience with digital marketing channels (CRM, email, app, affiliate, social media, referral) and other offline marketing channels including trade shows and events
Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Compelling storyteller
Excellent verbal and communication skills
Analytical & Reporting Skills: Ability to analyze and derive themes, trends, and findings using data to put forward recommendations
