We’re looking for a Senior Gameplay Programmer to play a key role in bringing a highly acclaimed and industry-recognized AAA franchise’s next title to life.


In this role you will be part of a team which puts its gameplay programmers at the heart of the player experience, working tightly with peers to develop the design and implement the intended vision, giving you the freedom to make creative decisions and bring innovative solutions to the game. In this role you will:
  • Actively contribute to design discussions and engage in bringing gameplay mechanics and player experiences to a high-quality bar.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented C++ code.
  • Debug and optimize code at both low and high levels for peak performance.
  • Collaborate closely within a cross functional team to bring features to life.
  • Evaluate and communicate the impact of code changes to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Actively participate in code reviews, sharing feedback to elevate overall code quality.
  • Test and refine features, as well as contribute to discussions to enhance gameplay and player experiences.


What are we looking for:
  • 5+ years of professional programming experience, with proven skills in gameplay programming.
  • Strong grasp of C++ programming.
  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives on solving complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to clearly articulate the complexities of hands-on gameplay experience to effectively communicate intentions and share feedback.
Bonus Skills:
  • A strong sense of game design principles and player experience.
  • Experience collaborating with design teams and other departments to bring gameplay features to life.


Dans ce rôle, vous devrez:
  • Contribuer activement aux discussions sur la conception et s'engager à amener les mécanismes de jeu et les expériences des joueurs à un niveau de haute qualité;
  • Écrire du code C++ propre, maintenable et bien documenté;
  • Débogez et optimisez le code à des niveaux bas et élevés pour des performances optimales;
  • Collaborer étroitement au sein d'une équipe interfonctionnelle pour donner vie aux fonctionnalités;
  • Évaluer et communiquer l’impact des changements de code pour assurer une progression fluide du projet;
  • Participer activement aux revues de code, en partageant les commentaires pour améliorer la qualité globale du code;
  • Tester et peaufiner les fonctionnalités, ainsi que contribuer aux discussions pour améliorer le gameplay et l'expérience des joueurs.

  • Plus de 5 ans d'expérience en programmation professionnelle, avec des compétences avérées en programmation de gameplay;
  • Excellente maîtrise de la programmation C++;
  • Un résolveur de problèmes proactif qui s'épanouit dans la résolution de défis techniques complexes;
  • Capacité d'articuler clairement les complexités de l'expérience de jeu pratique pour communiquer efficacement les intentions et partager les commentaires.
