About this role
The Client Experience Platform Engineering team, within Aladdin Engineering, is responsible for supporting Aladdin Business operations for scale and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
Build a platform that provides streamlined user workflows at high scale.
Apply quality software engineering practices through all phases of development.
Take ownership of individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables using agile methodologies, while contributing to planning and documentation.
Partner with client support staff to help ensure our tools are reliable and easy to use.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a Software Developer, proficient in Java/Python and .NET.
Proficiency in developing scripts for data pipelines using big data tools and optimizing data for advanced BI tools.
Hands-on experience in constructing distributed applications utilizing SQL and/or NoSQL technologies such as MS SQL, Cassandra, MongoDB.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Genuine passion for programming, a strong desire for knowledge sharing, and a commitment to advancing application architecture.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
JavaScript experience, particularly with ServiceNow, is nice to have.
