Job Description

As Low Code Tech Lead, you are the technical expert responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of low code solutions within the organization, with impact on both own organization and client side.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of low code developers, including assigning tasks, mentoring team members, and providing technical guidance and support.
  • Provide technical coaching, mentoring and guidance to development team members.
  • Familiar with project management, providing expert input for developing project plans, managing timelines, and communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.
  • Gather and document requirements for low code solutions, working closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate those into technical requirements.
  • Design low code solutions, including application architecture, data models, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure that all low code solutions developed by the team are high quality and error-free, including developing and executing testing plans and conducting code reviews.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in low code development and actively seek out opportunities to learn and experiment with new tools and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Expert-level knowledge of low code platforms and their capabilities (minimum 3 years of experience in OutSystems)
  • Experience leading the development of complex low code applications (1-3 years of experience)
  • In-depth programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Proven ability to architect and design low code solutions
  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices
  • Experience with integration technologies such as REST APIs and web services
  • Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills

  • Relocation package - If you’re being recruited from more than 50 km away, we provide a standard relocation package of 500 Euro (conditions apply). This is a one-time fee, paid together with your first salary.
