Job Description

The spare parts coordinator will support the Service department in assisting our customers in identifying required service parts and assisting them with quotes and availability of parts.   Other job duties include:

  • Perform order review on all incoming sales orders in accordance with established work instructions (received via email and EDI)
  • Prompt processing of customer orders, credit returns, and credit memos
  • Expedite customer orders when promised dates will not be met
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints using available tools.
  • Overtime may be required, sometimes with little advance notice
  • Perform other essential and peripheral duties as may be assigned

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent from an accredited school (ex.  PA Dept of Education, FL Dept of Education, US Military).
  • 3 plus years customer facing work experience preferred.
  • Experience working within an ERP system (SAP preferred) and Microsoft Office software
  • Willingness to participate in our Continuous Improvement Culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and high degree of professionalism with customers and co-workers
  • Ability to work independently demonstrating strong organizational skills including excellent priority management
  • Demonstrated ability to take direction and work within process standards
