As a Senior Recruiter for Engineering or Product, you’ll be diving into the heart of our hiring initiatives. We want you to channel your creative sourcing prowess to identify phenomenal candidates who resonate with our core values. Your responsibilities will include managing the entire recruitment process from job postings, screening applications, to making offers, all while prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience. Working alongside our hiring managers, you’ll devise strategies to attract top talent, while utilizing metrics to continuously enhance our recruiting process. We’re looking for someone with 8+ years of experience and a knack for building talent pipelines, particularly for engineering and product roles. Previous experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse, is a plus. Your communication skills should shine through in both writing and speaking, making it easier for you to collaborate effectively across teams.
