About Clearco

Clearco is the non-dilutive working capital solution for e-commerce businesses in the United States. Clearco’s unique Invoice Funding product allows companies to access funding for invoices and receipts for inventory, marketing expenses, shipping, and logistics. Clearco offers capped weekly payments and does not require collateral or personal guarantees from its customers. Founded in 2015, Clearco has funded over 10,000 businesses with $2.5BN invested. 

Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping our Invoice Funding product to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you'll leverage a blend of qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product strategies. Our ideal candidate is an action-oriented team player who thrives on tackling complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing generative and evaluative research to optimize the product and proactively identify opportunities for enhancements and innovations.

  • Work with cross functional teams to understand requirements and translate concepts into clear acceptance criteria that aligns with business goals.

  • Adapt and iterate the product based on evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

  • Ensure a cohesive and intuitive user experience across all products and platforms with a focus on driving user activation and retention.

  • Collaborate closely with our development team to ensure alignment between product vision and technical implementation.

  • Present product concepts and strategies to stakeholders and senior leadership.

  • Own the complete product management cycle from discovery to final delivery of the product feature or enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience working on a world-class product or online service (Fintech / B2B experience preferred)

  • Can thrive in a fast-paced culture and take ownership of a process from start-to-finish in a results-driven environment.

  • Are highly capable of breaking down complex problems and prioritize by making data-driven decisions in order to improve the product experience.

  • Can speak clearly to tradeoffs and the “Why” behind product decisions in terms that non product peers can understand and participate in.

  • Strong communication skills and can present complex concepts to stakeholders in a digestible way.

  • Proven leadership capabilities and ability to motivate and unify multiple cross-functional teams to work towards a common goal.

  • The ability to think long term towards a broader vision or step change, while being able to speak to scoping and sequencing to deliver iterative value.

  • A true focus on the customer—you make your decisions with customer and business insight and quantitative data.

  • An egoless attitude toward product management, a passion to learn and grow every day, and an interest in sharing and learning alongside your peers.

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
