We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), with experience in UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) systems being highly preferred. The HRIS Analyst will be responsible for maintaining, configuring, and supporting the HRIS to ensure optimal system functionality, data integrity, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires someone who is analytical, proactive, and able to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and HR personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
HRIS Administration:
Administer and support the HRIS, ATS, Performance Management System, and any other related systems, currently specifically UKG, Ashby, and Perform Yard including system configuration, troubleshooting, and updates.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security of HR-related information within the HRIS.
Perform regular data audits and provide insights on HR data trends and system usage.
System Support & Troubleshooting:
Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS-related issues, including system errors, user access problems, and data discrepancies.
Provide timely resolution to HRIS system issues and escalate to vendors or IT teams when needed.
Reporting & Analytics:
Generate and analyze HR data reports using the HRIS to support management and decision-making.
Create custom reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to meet organizational and HR needs.
Provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, compensation, and other key HR metrics.
User Training & Support:
Train HR personnel and end-users on the HRIS, ensuring that they understand how to use the system effectively.
Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, and training materials.
Process Improvement:
Work closely with HR teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the HRIS.
Recommend system enhancements and configuration changes to improve overall HR processes.
Project Management:
Lead or support HRIS projects such as system upgrades, integrations, or new feature implementations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Payroll, HR) to ensure seamless system integration and project execution.
Compliance & Security:
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations, including GDPR, and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Work with HR to ensure that the HRIS is updated in line with changes in HR policies, legal requirements, and business needs.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working with HRIS systems.
Prior experience with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) HRIS is highly preferred.
Experience with HRIS data management, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Skills & Knowledge:
Strong proficiency in HRIS applications.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate reports and interpret data.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of HR processes such as payroll, recruitment, benefits, and employee lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and end-users.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency with HRIS reporting tools, MS Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), and data analysis.
Familiarity with HRIS integration, data migrations, and system configurations.
Working Conditions:
Full-time, hybrid
Occasional travel (5%) may be required for training or project meetings.
This position operates as part of a US East Coast-based team, with typical working hours aligning with EST to facilitate effective collaboration. We offer flexibility in managing your schedule to maintain a healthy work-life balance while meeting business needs.
