As a Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant at Crossfuze, you'll be at the forefront of transforming complex processes into streamlined, automated solutions within the ServiceNow environment. This is not just any technical role; you'll work closely with our customers to dive deep into their existing functionalities, draft user stories, and devise innovative approaches to enhance their ServiceNow implementations. Your hands-on expertise will shine as you configure forms, manage workflows, and tackle data imports and third-party integrations. Collaboration is key here, as you'll coordinate with both our Engagement Manager and customer stakeholders to ensure every change is purposeful and aligns with their business objectives. You’ll also lend your knowledge to troubleshooting various ServiceNow aspects, guide less experienced consultants, and contribute to the technical training of our clients, helping them become self-sufficient in managing their environments.
