The Lead HRIS Analyst will play a key role in ensuring alignment between the company's HR systems and processes and its strategic goals and objectives. Serving as a primary point of contact for assigned functions, this role will provide exceptional consulting services and support business leaders with data-driven insights to enhance decision-making.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $90,000.00 and $125,000.00. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility. In this pivotal role, you'll be the go-to expert for our HR systems, ensuring everything aligns perfectly with our strategic goals. You’ll partner with various stakeholders, providing them with meaningful data insights to boost their decision-making processes. Your responsibilities will span developing complex reports and dashboards that illuminate strategic HR insights, to conducting regular audits that maintain the highest data quality and integrity. We offer a hybrid work model to foster creativity and collaboration as you tackle system implementations and automate processes for greater efficiency. As the Lead HRIS Analyst, you'll administer our Learning Management System, analyze employee survey data, and support annual HR processes. Additionally, you'll play a critical role in ensuring compliance with data regulations and being a trusted data steward.
