Mission

DoorLoop is hiring a strategic and results-driven Events Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our in-person and virtual events. This role is central to our demand generation efforts—driving qualified leads, accelerating pipeline, and increasing brand visibility through compelling, measurable event experiences.

As part of our high-performing marketing team, you’ll work closely with sales, product marketing, and operations to ensure events align with business objectives and engage the right audience at the right time. If you’re equal parts creative thinker, logistics pro, and performance-driven marketer, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Plan & Execute High-Impact Events : Own the end-to-end execution of both in-person events (trade shows, conferences) and virtual experiences (webinars, digital panels). Create seamless attendee experiences that generate high engagement and drive qualified leads. Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, run-of-show, and pre/post communication.
  • Align Events with Business & Sales Objectives: Partner with sales and product marketing to align event strategy with go-to-market priorities and pipeline goals. Ensure events support targeted campaigns and accelerate the buyer journey. Collaborate with sales pre- and post-event to drive follow-up and measure outcomes.
  • Develop & Manage Strategic Event Calendars: Build and maintain a strategic event calendar that reflects campaign priorities and market opportunities. Evaluate event opportunities based on brand impact and lead generation potential. Maintain accurate event budgeting and spend tracking.
  • Optimize Event Performance & Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (registrations, attendees, MQLs, influenced pipeline) for every event. Deliver clear, timely reporting and insights to internal stakeholders. Use data to refine strategy and improve results over time.
  • Build Scalable Event Processes: Develop and implement standard operating procedures for event planning, lead capture, and sales handoff. Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows and improve execution speed. Ensure every lead captured is processed and routed quickly and accurately.

Requirements
  • Proven experience planning and executing events in a B2B demand generation environment.
  • Strong project management skills and comfort juggling multiple event types and timelines.
  • Experience aligning events with broader marketing campaigns and sales objectives.
  • Proficiency with marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, webinar platforms).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • A mindset focused on outcomes, data, and continuous improvement.

Benefits
  • Unlimited paid time off: take unlimited personal, sick, and vacation days.
  • 401(k): plan for retirement with 4% matching and instant vesting.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance: we offer full medical coverage for employees through United Healthcare and full dental and vision coverage through Guardian, with 25% coverage for dependents across all plans.
  • Life insurance: $100,000 policy fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Disability insurance: short- and long-term disability insurance fully covered by DoorLoop.
  • Paid parental leave: paid maternity and paternity leave for birth and adoption.
  • Monthly stipend: a dedicated budget for work-related expenses.
  • Best-in-class equipment: Get a company laptop and all the top-tier tools to set you up for success.
