The Head Chef oversees all back of house operations for the multiple restaurants and kitchens at an Eataly location, ensuring quality standards and financial goals are consistently met.
Reports directly to the Director of Store Operations. Manages the Chef de Cuisine team.

The annual compensation for this role is $90,000- $110,000

This position requires not only culinary expertise but exceptional leadership and organizational skills. If you possess over 7 years of chef experience, including at least 5 years in a management capacity, and have an in-depth understanding of Italian cuisine, we want to hear from you!
