Your day-to-day will involve reaching out to both warm and cold leads, screening candidates, and sharing how Elegran offers unique advantages to real estate agents in NYC. You'll have your hands in reviewing recruiting pitches, running social media campaigns, gathering competitive intelligence, and creating engaging sourcing tools. We’re looking for someone who isn't afraid to make cold calls and has outstanding phone and sales skills. With a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sales, or a related field and at least two years of experience, especially in recruiting, you’ll be well-equipped to make a significant impact. This full-time position offers a salary ranging from $50,000 to $60,000 and includes great benefits like flexible vacation time and a prime Midtown Manhattan location.
