We are a HealthTech scale-up on a mission to reinvent primary care access in Italy ❤️


We digitalize and improve the Italian healthcare system, impacting on the one hand the productivity and happiness of family physicians with digital tools they love, and on the other hand facilitating access to healthcare for the citizen according to a logic of phy-digital integration 👩💻


Thanks to the innovativeness of our action we have received awards at all institutional levels, from the Ministry of Economic Development, Lombardy Region, City of Milan and nominated by several VCs among the main HealthTech startups at European level. Active since 2019 we are a team with an average age of 30 years and in a hypergrowth phase going from 20 to 100 people in a few months 🌱


🎯Your mission


We are looking for an inspiring Product Manager capable to develop business ideas into real products and specs, following a rigorous and phased approach.

● Study user behavior and personas to craft the best solutions for our users in our Welfare products

● Partner with our Designers and PMM (Product Marketing) and Engineers to develop and conceptualize wireframes, user flows and prototypes to deliver a best-in class product

● Lead our Discovery workflow and Prioritization funnel on new features or current UI/UX optimization, together with Product Marketing, Sales and Engineering

● Write all user-stories in the backlog and partner with Scrum Master on sprint planning coherent with priorities

● You will work in the problem space analysing together with the other PMs the problems and needs of the users in order to plan in a structured way the execution of the sprints

● Own the roadmap project delivery, feature team rituals, organize relevant activities and establish key product management processes.

● Partner with data analysts to track feature usage, study habits and workflows of our users to gather their needs, talk constantly to users also with on-field trips. Finally evangelize the insights back to the team

● Research and analyze trends (i.e. benchmarking)

● Ensure excellent team coordination during all phases of product development (product team, tech team, growth, etc.) with perfect alignment on problems to solve and how

● You have at least 2 years of Product Management experience with direct product ownership : you have worked with developers, led rituals wrote specifications

● You have excellent communication and relationship building skills

You have a strong analytical mindset, making strategic product decisions grounded in data

You are customer-centric and willing to BE close to the field

You are a flexible and dynamic person

You have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ambition to transform the Italian healthcare sector and make it more accessible

Enjoy challenging yourself and your teammates to improve the products you’re working on

You have an interest in neuromarketing, habit loops and “hooked” methodologies

Attitude toward growth product management (growth loops, viral growth)

● Proficient in Italian

● Strong technical background is strongly recommended
