About the role
The People Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting People Operations functions by executing processes across the employee lifecycle, including maintaining employee records in our HRIS. The People Operations Associate is process-driven and passionate about creating an efficient and seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities
Manage the People team inbox and slack channel and respond to employee inquiries as needed.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating pre-employment documentation, background checks, and new hire paperwork.
Manage offboarding procedures, including exit paperwork, system deactivations, and internal coordination.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and data integrity as well as compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Generate reports to provide insights on workforce trends.
Assist in implementing and optimizing HRIS functionalities.
Identify opportunities to enhance workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Support ad hoc People team projects and initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an HR administrative or coordination role.
Experience working in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (ADP experience preferred).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and to meet deadlines.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Physical Demands
Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
