Role Overview
We’re looking for a Retention and Lifecycle Marketing Lead to refine and optimize the customer journey—from driving waitlist signups to converting members, while also boosting engagement and retention. This full-time remote contract role runs from April to September 2025.
We need an experienced Lifecycle Marketer to enhance and manage our multi-channel lifecycle marketing program across email, SMS, push, in-app messaging, and when required, select paid channels. You will play a key role in driving membership growth, engagement, and retention while supporting the overall marketing strategy. This role is highly dynamic, with opportunities to contribute to exciting campaigns across the marketing team as new initiatives arise.
