Job Description

What are your challenges in our team:

  • Operational management of our branch
  • Ensuring the achievement of profit targets with regular monitoring of the cost situation
  • Control of operational processes and ongoing optimization of these
  • Close exchange and collaboration with the District Manager VCP and the Product Managers
  • Leading and promoting colleagues with a strong employee focus

Qualifications

  • Motivation to make a difference, to develop yourself and to achieve great things together with us!
  • Successfully completed training in the field of freight forwarding/logistics or, optionally, a degree with a focus on business administration or logistics
  • MUST HAVE: Several years of professional experience as a manager or in a comparable role in logistics
  • High analytical skills paired with excellent problem-solving management
  • High social skills with a strong organizational culture and sense of responsibility as well as a high level of customer orientation
  • MUST HAVE: Very good written and spoken Portuguese English skills
  • Actively support the business development for the District through personal involvement in sales and retention process and in close coordination with the sales department.
