Job Description

As part of the Client Success Automation Team you will help building "Apps" using Microsoft's Power Apps and Power Automate. This person will work with internal clients following a Scrum-Agile development framework. The Client Success – Data Automation team builds internal automations for other teams on the business.

What your day will look like:

  • Extract steps from process observations, manage business exceptions.
  • Maintain constant communication with the data automation team on the project progress.
  • Work on assigned tasks during a sprint to create a minimum viable product.
  • Collaborate with the design of app interfaces with Power Apps.
  • Attend the Team's Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Review).
  • Analyze tools, procedures, systems, making recommendations for automations.

Qualifications

  • Pursue a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong PC skills in MS Office.
  • Basic knowledge with Smart Automation Technologies (RPA, Chatbot, Power Apps, etc.) preferred
  • Basic Python knowledge preferred.
  • Basic familiarity with process improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma, A3, etc.) preferred.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Great problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Full availability during the day.
  • Be currently enrolled in the University and for the next 9 months.

Monthly subsidy of $1000.

Additional Information

This is a permanent hybrid role in Costa Rica. No relocation available.
