Technical Recruiter

Finesse is seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top technical talent to help drive our company's success. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate is passionate about recruitment and possesses a deep understanding of the tech landscape. Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and job requirements
• Create and post job descriptions across various platforms
• Source and engage with prospective candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events
• Screen resumes and conduct pre-interviews to assess candidates' qualifications
• Coordinate and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams
• Manage the offer process and negotiate offers with candidates
• Maintain and update candidate information in our applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting

• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting, job boards)
• Solid understanding of the tech industry and various technical positions
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple open positions
• BSc degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or relevant field
