About the Position

In the role of Sales Development Manager, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and cultivate a team of Sales Development Representatives to enhance top-of-funnel pipeline growth and sales revenue. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history in sales and sales management, especially in sales strategy and pipeline development. The base salary range for the role is $80,000 - 92,000 per year.

About You

You are an experienced and results-driven sales professional who is ready to step into the role of Sales Development Manager at FiscalNote. Your passion for innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning motivates you to stay current on industry trends and best practices, ensuring you are always at the forefront of sales strategy. What to Expect in This Position
  • Lead the hiring, training, and management of a team to deliver on monthly and quarterly pipeline growth targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with key cross functional partners (marketing, sales, sales ops & enablement, recruiting & HR) to achieve company targets.
  • Use data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify improvement areas, and optimize results.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to empower team members to achieve their goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and feedback sessions for Sales Development Representatives.
  • Continuously refine and enhance the sales development process for improved efficiency and outcomes.

What Sets You Apart
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree 
  • You have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales and sales management
  • Top-of-funnel sales development experience within the SaaS/Technology/Intelligence environment
  • SaaS is desirable for this position
  • Demonstrated leadership skills to motivate and empower team members to achieve objectives.
  • Strategic mindset in developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration across teams.
